In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus calls us to go out to all nations to make disciples. This leads to evangelizing and discipling. Missionary groups usually do evangelistic work and need the local church to do the discipleship work. This is why our ministry work goes hand in hand with the work of the local church. Together we work for the Great Commission.
