Equipping Church Leaders
The Hispanic church across Latin America has witnessed remarkable growth in recent decades, with evangelical and Protestant communities expanding significantly—from roughly 4% of the population in 1970 to around 20–25% in recent estimates, and in some countries even higher (such as over 30% in parts of Central America and Brazil). Much of this rapid expansion has come through new church plants led by passionate leaders who sensed a divine calling but often lacked access to formal theological education.
This ministry exists to come alongside these emerging churches and their pastors, offering targeted support to equip current leaders and raise up the next generation of shepherds. Through practical, accessible resources—including workshops, structured theological training, quality books, and ongoing personal mentoring—we aim to strengthen these congregations, deepen their doctrinal foundations, and empower them to faithfully proclaim and live out the gospel in their communities.
By investing in biblical training and leadership development, we help build healthier, more sustainable churches capable of enduring growth and effective mission in a changing region.
