Many churches were planted or are led by pastors and leaders who have no formal theological training. Our vision is to support pastors in establishing thriving, healthy churches and to integrate them into our interconnected network of churches—bound together theologically, financially, and methodologically—so that, together, we can expand the kingdom of God.
Pastoral apprenticeship
A vital part of our ministry to churches is equipping them to raise up the next generation of leaders via a structured pastoral apprenticeship. The church identifies and selects 10 to 15 promising members from its own congregation, who then embark on intensive training in preaching, biblical doctrine, and effective church administration. Spanning three distinct stages, the program encompasses 66 dedicated meetings alongside real-world church ministry responsibilities, fostering both spiritual depth and practical readiness for faithful service.
Seminary
My vision is to establish a theological seminary that fosters a supportive community, enabling students to study, encourage one another, and mature together in their understanding and application of God’s Word. I warmly invite you to join me in prayer for this endeavor.
